The Calling is a crime drama series adapted from Dror Mishani's 2011 novel The Missing File, and created by David E. Kelley.

The series follows Detective Avi Avraham, a Jewish police detective in New York City that has a special knack for solving crimes.

All eight episodes of the first season were released on November 10, 2022 on Peacock.

Season 2 will return to Peacock on November 9, 2023.
